I was updated with what would happen prior to and during court. I had worried it would not go well, but Attorney Jeff Morrell kept me in the loop at all times. He made sure to redirect me when I couldn’t see clearly about certain issues. He was great! We made it out of court without even talking to the judge. He kept my best interest in mind the whole time.”

DON'T! Find a traditional council. Oshkosh location was a shabbly put together room with no signs for office. Should have gone with instincts to bolt right there. Strike 1! Wanted me to fill out forms but gave me divorce paperwork to fill out even tho I needed family law. I am not even married. Then gave excuse it must be coded wrong. Strike two! It felt like my information on case meant nothing and council had its own agenda and would not budge…..my dime, not his. Strike 3! Everything you want to do is an additional cost. Wanted to file contempt and was told $1,500 for 3 pieces of paper that get e-filed. I did it myself for free. Strike 4! Ther is more but you get the idea from above.

I had Jeff Morell for my court stuff and he did an excellent job. He is very up front of what needs to be done. And he took care of it. I would definitely recommend him. Thanks again Jeff!!
