Attorney Emily Wojnowski brings deep compassion and a client-first mindset to her family law practice, focusing on divorce, child custody, and child support matters. With specialized training in alternative dispute resolution and as a Guardian ad Litem, Emily is particularly skilled at advocating for children's best interests while helping families navigate emotionally challenging transitions with clarity and empathy.

Emily earned her law degree from Marquette University Law School in 2025. During her time there, she was actively involved in the mediation clinic, helping to resolve small claims disputes, and she placed first in the school's Mediation Competition, advancing to regionals and qualifying for nationals. Before law school, she completed her undergraduate degree at Marquette University, where she majored in Psychology and Criminology & Law Studies. Her involvement in leadership roles, such as Chapter President of Pi Beta Phi, helped her build strong skills in conflict resolution and communication.

Emily's dedication to family law stems from both personal experience and a lifelong passion for advocacy. As an undergraduate, she supported a friend through legal proceedings involving both criminal and family court, exposing her to the intense emotional and legal challenges families face. This experience, combined with her volunteer work supporting survivors of domestic violence at the Sojourner Family Peace Center, solidified her commitment to becoming a legal advocate for children and families. Emily's professional goal is to be a calming, steady presence for clients during stressful times while helping them secure long-term stability and peace.

Outside the office, Emily enjoys spending time with her significant other exploring the local farmers market every weekend. She's a fan of reading mystery thrillers and relaxing near Lake Michigan, a place that's always brought her peace and joy. Some of her favorite in-state destinations include Sheboygan, Lake Geneva, and Door County, while her most memorable out-of-state trip was to Golden, Colorado, where she hiked and tubed down mountain rivers. Whether she's supporting clients or savoring small moments outdoors, Emily brings thoughtfulness and heart to everything she does.
