Jeff was great – efficient, kept things moving and kept things civil

Extremely honest and put things to where it was understandable and actually listened with out cutting me off or making me feel like I was over reacting

Response time from inquiry to meeting set up was very fast. The pay structure seems fair and affordable. The attorney I met with was very knowledgeable and reassuring.

At times I had great communication and support. Other times I felt like I was an inconvenience and was working with someone who already had too much on their plate to take my case.

My attorney was very straight forward and helpful with any questions I had. It was a very intimidating process to start out but after I was in touch with Jeff it was a lot more manageable

Seems like I paid all that money for nothing. Providing everything I was asked for and didn't see anything I asked for. I felt like my lawyer didn't do anything for me very disappointed and out of my money
