We paid 6k for a mediator to help us file divorce paperwork. He was really hard to get a hold of, although his clerk was very helpful. I don't think we needed a mediator. It would have been nice to save some money and just have someone help us with the paperwork.

While the team has been helpful with answering questions, response times for actions are lengthy (requiring multiple follow ups at times), and the case timeline is expanding…which puts me financially at risk of being in the higher payment bracket, not due to the complexity of the case or my own lack of action. In 4 months my attorney has had 3 extended out of office periods. The delay and extension of the time period almost seems purposeful

The upfront flat fee pricing is fantastic. While my own divorce was amicable, I know plenty of people who stay in bad marriages because they can’t afford an attorney, or don’t get their questions answered by the attorney they do have because everything down to each email costs them money. Equally important is that my attorney, Jeff Morell, was so knowledgeable, supportive, and available. His Paralegal Claire, and his Executive Assistant Ivan were also very friendly, helpful, and professional. Their team really made my experience as quick and easy as it could possibly be.
