Madison Family Law & Divorce Attorneys
About Sterling Law Offices
When involved in a divorce or child custody case, it's already an emotionally stressful and trying time without the anxiety of feeling like your lawyer isn't really fighting for you. With locations across Wisconsin, the team of family lawyers at Sterling Law Offices are here to have your back and put your mind at ease. Our reputation is built on hard work and results, not taking money out of our client's pockets. The minute you step through the doors in our Madison office, you'll understand right away why we're different.
We are changing the face of family law with one simple philosophy: putting our clients first by focusing on the areas that mean the most to them. Many law offices list family law as one of many areas of practice, and like the expression goes “jack of all trades, master of none”. By only working in family law, we understand it better, which means you're guaranteed to work with a caring attorney who knows what they're doing.
Our entire team of divorce lawyers, Collaborative Law practitioners, trained mediators and skilled paralegals are caring, enthusiastic and experienced in the complicated and sometimes thorny areas of family law.
The attorneys at Sterling Law Offices all know the ins and outs of the law and are in constant communication with one another in order to improve their tactics and keep out ahead of changes.
We also stay in communication with our clients and welcome suggestions and feedback. Divorce cases can get confusing and whenever you find yourself scratching your head, we have a team of people ready to answer your questions or address your concerns.
To us, it's absurd to keep a client in the dark about their own case; a case that could determine their future and the future of their family. After all, an attorney not listening to their client is ineffectively fighting for them.
In addition to a compassionate, determined attorney you also get access to our professional network of social workers, appraisers, court officials and therapists that share our commitment to fighting for a fair shake.
We're not only changing the model of family law in our philosophy but our pricing. Our unique, flat-rate pricing means that you never pay hourly. This means you can ask as many questions as you want, and won't drag out a case unnecessarily trying to nickel and dime the people who we're fighting for. Instead, no matter how involved your case becomes you pay a fixed price. Period.
No unexpected fees, or worrying that a long conversation or question will result in a higher bill.

What our Clients are Saying
"Highly recommended. Divorce is hard enough and trying to do it on your own is even harder. The price was more than fair and the service was excellent. I worked with Attorney Holly Mullin. She was very professional, detailed, and personable. She did an amazing job. All I had to do was get her the information she needed and Attorney Mullin and her team took care of the rest. She was always available if I had questions and communicated openly with me and my spouse through every step of the process. I hope to never have to go through the divorce process again because its very unpleasant but having a good attorney like Holly made it so much easier. Thank you Holly!"Frederick T.
