We called for someone to help us with some legal info we had no idea how to get. A consultation was set up for that night at 6:00 with Jeff Morrell. This time came and went. At 6:10 I called and got an answering service that said someone would call back soon. At 6:25 I called again and got the same response. Needless to say we never received a call, but they made sure to take the $150 off my card beforehand. I called in the a.m. and was told by Jonathan that this never should have been scheduled as a consultation…it should have been a coaching session that was actually $350 up front. He also mentioned he did not think we were a “good fit” for this law firm. Funny when you have legal issues that a LAW FIRM wouldn’t be where you would turn. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND this firm to anyone. The run around was crazy and very frustrating.

My wife and I hired Sterling Law Offices for my custody case. I can not say enough good things about Attorney Austin Miller, he did an absolutely amazing job. Mr Miller was always available when we needed him, took time to explain everything we didn’t understand. He really went above and beyond for our kids and we always recommend him and the firm when asked. Very wonderful experience.

The process of the divorce was as painless as possible. Robert Keenan was very informative and worked to get through the process quickly. I would suggest this law firm and Robert to anyone going through what I did. Even after the final and closing of my case, they still help out with any type if information I needed personally or information sent to another party. Like most people when they are looking to hire a service, I started my search for an attorney on Google. That is how I found Sterling Law Offices. I was linked up with Robert Keenan and I am very thankful for that! Robert has a great deal of knowledge and spoke with confidence. He did a great job of explaining my options for my divorce and he did an even better job fighting for my rights in the divorce. I do not think I would have got the fair judgement that I got, with out Robert’s professional help. His fees were very fair for the service that he performed and I would strongly recommend him to anyone put in the difficult situation of a divorce they didn’t want or ask for. Genelle took the time to answer all my questions, gave me the best and worst outcomes and worked for my children’s best interests. She helped put things into perspective and gave tough love when needed. It divorce was one of the most contentious divorces everyone had seen in a long time and took 2 years. My only regret was having a different attorney prior Sterling. If I could go back and do it again, I would have saved a lot of time and money and hired Genelle and her team right out of the gate. The receptionist, Kim is awesome, super helpful and understanding, gave a great first impression to the company. However the lawyer we spoke with we felt was rude and didn’t truly listen to what we needed especially when it was a consultation appointment with the lawyer. Along with the pricing being super high. Originally we had been quoted around 2k with a payment plan option after speaking with the lawyer she quoted us 8-10k with 4k being needed upfront before we could even discuss a payment plan.

I got all of the answers I needed and more.
