Very informative and helpful. No judgement
I thought it would have went a little faster, timeline wise. I also thought there would have been more communication between the attorney and I. It would be months before you would hear from them and then right before court or mediation you would finally hear back. I would say I didnt really care for the lack of communication and the asking for money for stage 2 money before I even went to court for stage 1. Then there were a lot of emails.
A lot of good things said waiting in info on other payment plans but after reading that contract I feel like though it’s capped that we would be trapped in a contract that could screw us. However let’s see how the payment options are

Atty. Curran was overall very helpful. I couldve used a bit more communication from her and when I did it felt rushed and I was left with more questions. She had the best intention with reaching out but it did feel really rushed and I had more questions than what I started with.
I felt like the response time to emails/questions was quite slow. Communication not always the best.

My response is primarily because I believe Austin handled my case well. Even with a non-commuicator like my ex. Austin was able to my ex to work through the process.
We had some mishaps but it was corrected without any charge. Other than that everything went well and exceptionally knowledgeable.
Attorney Morrell and his staff helped me every step of the way with my divorce. He always made time to answer my emails and phone calls. Paying a flat rate made things more manageable financially. Everyone was always polite and knowledgeable. Attorney Morrell make sure specific language was put on the court record and in my marriage agreement to protect me and my kids for the future.
