I had a really tough start to my time working with Sterling. The first lawyer they set me up with was not responsive to my questions and was unprofessional. I also wish that they would have done a better job explaining their fee system before I committed to working with them. My case was pretty simple and I could have saved a lot of money hiring a different lawyer with a more traditional fee system. I’m thankful Jeff Morrell stepped up and took over my case. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him.
