The mediation process requires a great deal of knowledge for the parties involved. I needed to ask a lot of questions and didnt always know what to ask so didnt feel confident through the process. I would suggest making it standard practice for the mediator to meet individually with both parties to better understand the relationship dynamics rather than letting the strongest voice lead the process.
I would give Jack an 8/10. He was very friendly and pleasant to work with. He completed the task which was the number one variable for me.
Areas of improvement:
Reliability and punctuality. He was late a couple of times for our meetings and one time he didn’t show up at all. He responded and apologized the next day that he forgot and was at a party. It’s already quite awkward getting a divorce and as we were waiting there for about a half hour for him to join the call before we gave up, it was even more awkward.
Confusion as to who he was representing. He started out by saying he was representing me. When I sent him an email with a question he replied to the other party as well and changed it to representing both of us and we would both be included in all communication. I would have worded my question differently had I known it wouldn’t be confidential. I didn’t complain or say anything to keep the peace and keep things moving along.
Overall, he got the job done, which is what I came to you guys for. So thank you!

The divorce process is complicated and not easy especially on top of a hard time already. Our mediation with Bailey helped us reach an amicable settlement and avoid a trial. Her expertise and knowledge allowed us to do this in a timely manner with the best outcomes for each party.

I had the unfortunate experience of having a mother of my children, and first children at that who has had children before, and completely played the system, and the worst part, yet is that the only person who truly understood my frustrations, and gave me guidance and led me through this horrible process Was my lawyer, everyone else that gave me advice had seem to be moved off my case or I always had to speak to someone else from the judges commissioner guardian They all had the same expressions thoughts? I’m sure when I’ve probably just gone through the hardest time in my life and For having a Mr. Robert Keenan, my attorney, who was there as a lawyer and as a friend there is a long road ahead, but he gave me the best possible outcome that I could hope for

Took pretty good care of the case, helped me alot.
I really liked Tiffany she was very helpful. There was some communication back and forth that prolonged the process. Initially when I called the firm for a consultation (thought I was able to ask general questions) I felt rushed signing the contract and didnt fully read the terms. The little bit of advice I received doesnt seem to be worth $1500.00.
Holly was amazing at listening, making me feel comfortable and heard, and explaining a lot of the process that I was unfamiliar with. Im looking forward to working with her as I move forward in the divorce process.

Abby was very informative even answered questions even things we didnt really want to hear cause we thought it was wrong but she explained herself and why the court system works the way it does
Very knowledgeable attorney, friendly and approachable staff. Felt I had to wait too many days to speak to her directly after signing my contract waited 15 days for availability for a 30 min phone call. Process or what to expect in early divorce process would be appreciated earlier.
