I would say a 6. He was attentive at first but towards the end it was taking at least a week to get a response from him. It got a little frustrating. Other than that everything was good.

I hired Sterling Lawyers in March of 2024 to help me with My Divorce/Custody case. At first, I was nervous and didn't know how to feel, but then I started working with Jack Braaten and I have to say I have a lot more confidence so far in him and my case. As with any job, the area of focus can become routine. Such could be the case with divorce attorneys; however, my interactions with the team at Sterling was anything but. All with whom I worked were extremely professional and provided clear guidance, recommendations, explanations for the options, and encouraging support. This was done with a genuine focus and "being present" while also being sensitive to the situation. Having this virtual hand-on-my-shoulder was instrumental in making me feel that I was not alone during such an emotional time.

There were times where I felt that I had to chase down status of my case. But overall, I was very satisfied with Ellen’s guidance.

Great team but updates and communication needs to be taken into consideration especially with the assistant that sends updates on behave of the team. Response time can be improved as well. It’s important for a client to know what’s happening in their case to feel at ease and prepared therefore this is very important.

Austin really listened and made sure the items I felt were important were captured. He also put my mind at ease with many of the unknowns.

Holly was excelled throughout the entire process. The only reason I did not give 10/10 is because of some errors in my document preparation that I had to point out to the legal assistant.

I chose sterling law offices when my entire world was shattering and my attorney Abbey Henderson went above and beyond for me. I would call in a frantic and she would always have a resolution.
