Crawford Campbell was my attorney. He was very helpful on advise and the best course of action for my situation. When I emailed him regarding any questions, he always got back to me very timely. He did a great job explaining the process and what I should expect. He had a very open personality and was very easy to speak with. My situation was not complex, but it was resolved very quicky and he wasted no time to ensure a fast resolution. If I were ever in the need for more guidance and help, I would reach out to Crawford again.

I hired sterling law offices and had a horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend using this law firm. I tried to report my attorney 2 times and no one spoke to me about it. I had 2 phone conversations with my attorney prior to the phone conversation where they told me if I didn't concede to the recommendations from the guardian ad litem that my lawyer would withdraw. I asked my attorney to file 3 requests for change and they never filed any. I sent my attorney a lot of information/evidence and she didn't use most of it. I agreed to a settlement conference and she never informed the opposing counsel that I agreed, which now they are making me pay more GAL fees because my attorney failed to acknowledge the settlement conference. This law firm doesn't respect their paying clients wishes and won't fit for you once they get paid. This law firm is a waste of money and I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

I dont feel that Jack has invested enough effort in my case. I understand that I get what I pay for, but it seems like I’m getting less effort than my wife’s lawyer who bills hourly.

I barely hear from my attorney or the paralegal about my case. It’s a little frustrating waiting over a week for a response to an email I sent. I’ve asked for an income document three times for my hearing and still haven’t received it. I call and leave voicemails and no one calls back. I’d change offices but it’s too close to my hearing.
