Initially tough to get a clear description of how to fill out forms. I am not tech savvy, so misunderstandings. Can be tough to reach. Need multiple attempts, then was told by persons who answered the phone they would have my Attorney call me. I wanted an assistant to return my call; as I know he is quite busy. Very polite and patient with me though, which is appreciated.

I would certainly give Michelle a rating of 10 to recommend her to friends and family members. Michelle was an exceptionally good listener when I had a concern or question. If she had a response to my concern or the answer to my question, she always explained it in terms that I could understand. And when I left her an email she responded in a very timely manner. Michelle was easy to talk to and work with on my case, I could not have come out any better from my divorce than I did with Michelle.
