I worked with Mr. Jack Braaten as my attorney in a family legal matter. He has been exceptional in his service within the contract given. Overall my experience was positive. My case went on for almost a year. There were times where I thought about giving up but was reassured a there was hope. While the outcome of my case wasn’t perfect, it was a huge win for my family. My son is now in a safer environment which is priceless. The billing structure at Sterling had me nervous throughout the duration of the case because it was somewhat unknown however in the end I paid far less than if I hired an hourly firm. I tend to be a bit of an over analytical person asking lots of questions and the team at Sterling was on top of responding and by the end, proactively reaching out and almost over communicating because “I know how you think” to give me peace of mind.
