Overall my experience was positive. My case went on for almost a year. There were times where I thought about giving up but was reassured a there was hope. While the outcome of my case wasn’t perfect, it was a huge win for my family. My son is now in a safer environment which is priceless. The billing structure at Sterling had me nervous throughout the duration of the case because it was somewhat unknown however in the end I paid far less than if I hired an hourly firm.
