I would rate Mr Austin very poorly didn't help me much at all. Told me one thing then when we went to court didn't do what he said also his office lost paperwork that I handed in

Initially tough to get a clear description of how to fill out forms. I am not tech savvy, so misunderstandings. Can be tough to reach. Need multiple attempts, then was told by persons who answered the phone they would have my Attorney call me. I wanted an assistant to return my call; as I know he is quite busy. Very polite and patient with me though, which is appreciated.
