lack of response and follow through

I am ranking a one due to the following: After I signed my financial agreement Austin stated Nancy would be calling me immediately, seemingly that day, to schedule a meeting with Austin. I tried contacting Nancy and Austin multiple times Wednesday to Friday before I received a call on Monday. At one point the receptionist said that they apologize because that is not how Sterling Law likes to do business and that a Managing Partner would be informed of the situation. Once I had my court date Austin was not prepared well. First when he spoke in the court hearing what he stated was incorrect. He stated I worked Fridays and Sundays, which I never have. Secondly I was working Saturdays and Sundays and then switching to Fridays and Saturdays. Finally he also then stated that my son?s grandfather was sick and unable to take care of my son, when in reality he passed away. I also had to fill out the parental plan and submit my income information when my son?s dad did not have to do either. I felt like I had to do more work just for the sake of it. I left the court hearing feeling like the $1900 towards my representation was a waste and I would have been better off saving the money and representing myself. I will not be using Sterling law in the future or be recommending your firm to anyone as well.

Attorney Miller was a nice guy but not a good lawyer. Communication was the worst EVER. Took me asking for updates instead of him updating me. Weeks/months without responding my emails. You are my lawyer, you work for me. I believe my divorce was dragged on by both lawyers to make more money for themselves. You are NOT going to convince me otherwise. I was able to get my divorce agreement done in 1 week. I WANT A REFUND!!! ALL OF IT!! You people should be ashamed of yourselves. You are out to take advantage of men/women who just need help but you pray on their vulnerability!!

Holly seems to me that she is a person that doesn't put the child's better interest in to mind but puts the mothers interest first.
