Felt like there was miscommunication between Paralegal, Attorney, and Finance staff as I was being told to pay for Stage 2 when the Atty had already mentioned we wouldn't be going to stage 2.

I was left wondering about things. At times it was very unsettling. But in the end everything worked out. This is a very hard thing people go through. A simple yes or no can really help calm things down.

Overall, I am very pleased with the consultation, information and the attention to my needs. My concern is with the payment options. I would have given it a ten if there were more options to pay without the added cost to excercise one of those options. La
