I felt like your fee structure was way out of line. I was very surprised to see that my case qualified for a move to stage II when very little movement had gone on with the case. We were basically in a waiting pattern until the respondent hired an attorney. I thought $4000 was a bit high, but was willing to have the advantages of a flat fee attorney. But $8000 for a simple legal separation was pretty high. I would not recommend this firm or method of billing.

Nikole made the divorce process as painless as it could have possibly been. She explained things in ways that I was able to understand. She was very professional in and outside of the courtroom, and was available to answer any questions I had very quickly.
