The receptionist, Kim is awesome, super helpful and understanding, gave a great first impression to the company. However the lawyer we spoke with we felt was rude and didn’t truly listen to what we needed especially when it was a consultation appointment with the lawyer. Along with the pricing being super high. Originally we had been quoted around 2k with a payment plan option after speaking with the lawyer she quoted us 8-10k with 4k being needed upfront before we could even discuss a payment plan.
