Depends on the situation. If I knew their situation was as amicable as mine/ours then I would.

He's good. I just feel like he wasn't prepared and then he'll come back. Other than that, he's good.

I was under the impression that things were already done. But it seems to be half-assed. Like, I informed the assistant that I had made errors in the paperwork and the assistant told me not to worry since they'd do it themselves. But it turns out that what was submitted to the family court was the paperwork that had errors.

I don't know if there was more that could have been done but I feel like there wasn't much progress made through the duration of my contract. It seemed the appposing attorney was playing by a different set of rules which hindered everything, and I feel like more should have been done to get to a finalization prior to my contract expiring. I don't feel like much was done for $6100, at least nothing I couldn't have done myself…per the feedback I've gotten from a lot of people who have been in my situation.
