Effective. As advertised

Over the course of the past year, I have been working with Attorney Braaten and his team at Sterling law. one thing i would like to note is that Mr. Braaten has a very strong tie to his code of Ethics (do not lie, do not hide) this is something that was important to me as I wanted to continue to be the moral and honest role model that i had always been to my children, even in the midst of what had turned into, a very dirty divorce. My case had taken more than a few curve balls throughout the process, however Jack had stay on top of the continual changes that had been taking place. I was able to work very closely and talked often, and had a real sense of a team effort, which was extremely important to me since i had to maintain my full time job as well as a second job while also Providing care for my children. Opposing council in my cases was not very forthcoming or cooperative, which had put a lot of stress on me, with that being said Jack had put due diligence into putting together the documents provided as well as reviewing opposing counsels positions before coming to me for review, which on multiple occasions we were able to discover holes or even false claims. Were Attorney Braaten rely shined was court room negotiations. Opposing counsel had a tendency to want to halt negotiations and bring everything to a trial in front of the judge. In my case the judge would force court house Negotiations/mediation between sides. This is where jack was able to continually show his skills in the art of negotiation and when to hold out, and what to just let go of because the cost of retaining it far out weighed the gained value. Overall I would definitely Recommend Attorney Jack Braaten to any one who asked me.

I hired Jack Braaten for my paternity and placement case, Jack was receptive to my needs in the case and did not try to oversell me as a customer, he is confident, knowledgeable, and shows spirit. Jack is very quick to return calls and emails and makes communication a breeze, he is available to talk even if it is just to calm nerves regarding the case. In the courtroom Jack is quick, decisive, and organized. I look forward to working with Jack as my case develops further.
