I would give Jack an 8/10. He was very friendly and pleasant to work with. He completed the task which was the number one variable for me.
Areas of improvement:

Reliability and punctuality. He was late a couple of times for our meetings and one time he didn’t show up at all. He responded and apologized the next day that he forgot and was at a party. It’s already quite awkward getting a divorce and as we were waiting there for about a half hour for him to join the call before we gave up, it was even more awkward.

Confusion as to who he was representing. He started out by saying he was representing me. When I sent him an email with a question he replied to the other party as well and changed it to representing both of us and we would both be included in all communication. I would have worded my question differently had I known it wouldn’t be confidential. I didn’t complain or say anything to keep the peace and keep things moving along.

Overall, he got the job done, which is what I came to you guys for. So thank you!
