I highly recommend Sterling Law Firm. I personally worked with Attorney Holly Mullin, and she was a great advocate throughout the process.
Holly Mullin was the mediator for a recent case I was involved in and her patience and professionalism throughout the sessions were commendable. She came prepared and did her best to prepare other participants with set agendas and pre-work that was provided well in advance. She showed objectivity between parties and adapted to the discussions while also focusing on the core tasks to get done. All work behind the scenes seemed to be smooth and the result of the matter was resolved as scheduled and intended. I would definitely recommend Holly and her team for any mediation matters someone might need.
Holly was amazing to work with during our mediation process. She was professional, caring, organized, detailed and very prompt at responding to emails and questions. I appreciate all she did to help me work through the divorce process during this very difficult time in my life.
Holly was great. No prior legal experiences to really compare it to however she seemed like she genuinely cared. Office staff was helpful and friendly also.
Holly was very knowledgeable, diplomatic and professional in a challenging situation. That being said, I felt she could have managed our time better. Neither Brian nor I were aware that we were limited to 5 sessions until Holly mentioned it at the very end of our 4th session. It is of course mentioned in the contract we signed and we were responsible for knowing that. Because it is such an emotionally fraught experience we both missed it. Holly had no reason to believe we were unaware of this fact, I'm just suggesting that in the future it might be helpful if she mapped out what needs to be accomplished in each of the 5 sessions at the beginning. At the end of the 4th when she said we only had one session left we were both stunned. We wound up spending almost $7500 and are left with no settlement agreement. \\n\\nThis mediation was particularly difficult because it turns out Brian was in nearly dissociative denial and not really able to take in our discussion. There's nothing Holly could have done about that. The only thing that might have helped would be to have gotten to the financials earlier so at least we'd have had time to wade through the denial.
Extremely professional, understanding and helpful!!
Holly was recommended to me by a good friend and I had a very good consultation interview with her. Very professional!
She explained everything so clearly
