Frustration – anger – confusion – grief – alone: These and many other emotions swirled in my head at the initial stages of this unfortunate life change and I imagine mirror the experiences of others. The chaos that you are thrown into during a divorce is overwhelming and increased by the myriad decisions that must be made throughout the process. That is why I am so grateful for the support of Atty Holly Mullin and the team with Sterling Lawyers. After allowing me the time to share the details and emotional struggles, the options were explained clearly and concisely. How to proceed was always my decision, but Atty Mullin was ready to share perspectives and offer guidance from her and her team's experience. Through that guidance, a mediated/low conflict divorce was organized; and though it was agreed that separate consul would manage the mediation process, Atty Mullin was always at hand to address my questions, review the materials, offer further guidance, and to listen if I needed a moment to talk. As with any career role, seeing the same issue day-after-day but with different faces attached can make that issue routine. It is reasonable that this would also be true for divorce attorneys – but not with Holly. Her being objective, instructive, understanding, and most importantly, "present" provided much needed assurance and comfort during a time that was anything but.

Professional, attentive, proactive and timely are all words I would use to describe my experience with Sterling Lawyers, most specifically, Attorney Holly Mullin. At a time where I felt vulnerable and lost in such an emotional and novel situation, Holly was steadfast in providing guidance and keeping my emotional brain in check by offering her professional support and expertise. She was my passionate advocate throughout this process and knew after my initial consultation with her, there was no question – I wanted her to represent me through this process. I am incredibly grateful and fortunate for her empathetic, yet assertive practice and would recommend her services to anyone who may have to navigate a divorce.

Holly did an outstanding job handling my mediation case. I was worried about getting a biased mediator, but Holly treated us both fairly without overstepping her duties as a mediator.

She knew exactly what the courts needed to ensure our case went forward without a hitch. She was very knowledgeable about divorce law and where the judge might leave room for interpretation.

When we ran into conflict, she helped diffuse it, and when the conflict continued, she suggested multiple helpful alternatives keeping in mind our timeline and budget. Not that I ever want to go through the process again, but if I did, I would definitely go back to Holly.

Holly was fantastic. She made our experience the absolute best it could be, I recommend Sterling Lawyers, and more specifically Holly as she was empathetic, had excellent attention to detail, and explained everything so we knew exactly what to do.

Our mediator Holly Mullin was outstanding in helping us through our divorce using the mediation process. Holly was very thorough and helped guide us through the entire process including completing all the necessary court filings and walked us through what to expect at the final hearing. Holly was also very understanding of each of our goals through the divorce and helped us understand the pros and cons of decisions we were making but as the mediator, maintained being a neutral party. I would highly recommend using the mediation process if possible and specifically highly recommend Holly Mullin as the mediator!!!
