Holly was very professional and personable. Having her as a mediator helped make our divorce easier, smoother, and well organized. The meetings were broken down into logical sections to allow the us, the clients, to stay on schedule while still providing enough time to complete the tasks. Having Holly as our mediator allowed us, the clients, to maintain a good relationship with each other. I believe this made it easier on us to complete the task, but also as a family because we were able to get along better than going with litigation.

Sterling and my attorney Katie Vandeusen have been amazing to work with. Katie is a Rock Star!!…And I'm personal friends with some Rock stars, so I Know. ; ) Although it has become increasingly costly, it has been solely at the hands of the other entity. Katie could have had this wrapped up in weeks but I guess there's always one entity in any case that is the fly in the ointment. Thank you, Jimmy

I can't say that I would. Though she is a nice person she does not have faith that her clients can present a common sense case that does have the ability to be won. In my case I was able to articulate the point to which myself and Lea could not agree. Once the questions were posed by the judge I was able to speak on my behalf and it seemed to sway the judge towards pushing the decision that Mrs Diaz disagreed with me that the judge would not rule on penalties prior to the issues coming up. The judge even told.my ex wife that it seemed far as I explained the situation and he had no problem with ruling in my favor regarding.

I wish Mrs Diaz the best in her career and future unfortunately I will not refer her nor use her again myself.

Michelle Gordan took on my divorce case as a replacement for my first lawyer who withdrew without much communication as well as other issues.
The divorce case was complicated and drawn out for two years due to some of the same issues that lead to the divorce.
Michelle was steadfast and supportive as the case took on a life of it's own.
She heard what was said with a caring heart rather than having a pat answer in the ready as things arose. In such an emotionally high stakes situation this is essential.
