This may sound morbid but, divorce when it isn’t your choice isn’t fun. She had all my best interests in sight. Even when I was going to buckle for things I shouldn’t. She put everything into perspective with my best interest in mind. She didn’t let me fight the losing emotional battle I was up against. It was like I finally had someone on my side. That being said I will recommend, be an advocate for and support her for any and everything.

Overall, the process went well. Fast responses. Due to it being mediation Jack remained neutral at all times. Was fair in his approach. Always kept us informed at every step and ensured that we knew we could seek independent counsel at any time. I would recommend hiring Jack to friends/family if they needed it.

I genuinely appreciated Austin’s support and helping me get my case started. When we were able to connect, I found him to be helpful and informative. My concerns were primarily around delays in communication (including times when I did not hear back for up to a week), feeling confused and unsure due to a lack of information regarding the strategy and plan to keep the case moving, and the stage fees feeling significant given the limited progress during that time. I understand that delays can happen in legal matters and that attorneys are busy, but the passing of time and loss of resources was difficult, especially when the implications meant an impact on my child.
Ali did a great job prioritizing my divorce even though the process was slow due to the other side. Then she got it wrapped up when it was in her power to do so!
