Kathy is a very experienced attorney. She represented me well and what I appreciated most was her acceptance of my desires even if it was against her advice. Kathy is extremely hardworking and I felt taken care of.

Pricing. Multiple charges for different things besides lawyer fees. Some lack of prompt communication and explanations. Sometimes felt more like a number. Very friendly people but felt very sales pitch-like at the beginning. I felt like my case would have cost less at a normal firm that bills hourly. This may be for a case that is good for a lot of back and forth daily. I didn’t always feel kept in the loop. Several times I had to email things twice and would not hear a response or even just an acknowledgment of we are looking into it.

A more thoughtful and inclusive approach would help build greater trust and confidence in the services provided.

I cannot say enough good things about Jodi Chung and her team at Sterling Law Offices. I went through an extremely difficult divorce during an already challenging period in my life. Throughout the entire process, Jodi was professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and, perhaps most importantly, honest and straightforward with me.
