need to feel like representation is constructive considering what has happened, what mistakes were made that lead up to the decision to divorce. For example, rather than say "you cant be doing that!" perhaps "here is how we will deal with that in court or during the process". For that amount of money I needed to feel like Sterling was one my side. I did not get the feeling that Sterling was on my side.

Bailey Holt was great to work with while getting full placement of my two kids. She was very easy to talk with, very knowledgeable about my situation, and would quickly respond to any questions I had through out the process. Also being as they are a flat rate firm when my court dates kept getting pushed back to where my original time for payment was at an end and my next payment would be due Bailey extended it to get through the court date and was flexible with payment options for the next installment. Sterling Lawyers, LLC was an excellent choice! I had a pre-nup prepared by Attorney Ellen Rhodeman. We met twice on Zoom-she was very personable and professional. I liked the affordable flat rate option as I just needed a simple pre-nup. My friend also used Sterling Lawyers for her divorce and was very happy with her Attorney's knowledge and professonalism. Communication was handled well but the changes in attorneys was uncomfortable and I feel they could have been more aggressive with making my ex comply. It took months and went past court deadlines yet she didn't comply and nothing was pushed and some information was misrepresented that made a difference in judge's decision from what I could see. If we could have been able to go to trial earlier I would have been in a better place. I went into debt and lost everything, literally, at the end. I feel like I had to comply and she and her attorney got away with stalling and nothing was done to stop it.

Very thorough and attentive listener

Everyone at Sterling Lawyers has been very helpful during my divorce case. Attorney Jack Braaten has done a great job of answering all my questions and making sure I get the the best outcome possible.

I never thought they would come out right away to be so helpful, kind and patience with me. The divorce process today is the beginning and i have a good assistance helping me through this. I’m deaf and with her she was so caring she want to be sure i was able to understand her. There was couple time she call me and i ask nicely if i could call back so i can use this special app that help deaf and hard of hearing. She said sure. This is what communication is all about.
