Very knowledgeable staff, with great communication at all times. The flat fee pricing is one of the main reasons I went with them. Had enough to worry about, money was not one of them.

Absolutely would recommend Nikole and Sterling. Most of the time I would just communicate via email, and even the times when I would receive an out of office reply, she would still reply back to me within an hour. She was always on top of things, and ensured the process moved along quickly. It was the piece of mind I got from her, and all the staff at Sterling.

Nikole was so amazing! She was there for me every step of the way. She always made me feel like I was important and treated like an old time friend. She was quick to answer any questions I had. Due to her pregnancy, I then was assigned to Derek. Again he made me feel very comfortable and like I was his only client. I also had some interaction with Jeff and again, very fast in response and made me feel like I was important. All of them made this difficult situation so much easier!
