Lack of communication! Nothing being done and my $10,000 is gonna be over and there I’ll sit. Divorce not done. I thought there would be a lot more dedication to my case for that amount of money. I’m disappointed in my decision to go with Sterling. I borrowed money to pay you. I have no more money to continue investing in a company that isn’t very invested in me.

The fixed fee pricing is not beneficial to the client. There was nothing said to me for the first 4 months as to what was happening. If I was paying by the hour, I would have seen what was being done. The last 6 six weeks I feel no one was fighting for me, just trying to get the case over. Michelle's hands were tied at that point, but I still don't understand why we only talked about money for 4 months. I feel I couldn't fight for any possessions because my case had to be finalized.

I will let you know I will give Attorney Michelle Gordon a 10. The main reason is her honesty. She discusses each situation with me gives me the pros and cons of each decision and we move forward from there.
