Always late to court and never on same page with paralegal. My final day on last official court date showed up almost 30mins late almost had to reschedule.

Never could get ahold of. Late for court hearing. Never on same page with paralegals!

Set fee schedule, services wete completed as expected. So nice and easy to talk to.

Was not happy at all with the performance of the lawyer. She did very little of what she said she could do. I would have preferred going alone.

During our coaching session Michelle was great to work with, very compassionate and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions, helped with filling court documents and came up with a plan if further assistance was needed.

Did NOTHING for my case BUT did charge me. I couldn't get ahold of Gordon for 2 weeks. Didn't reply to e mails. THEN said she did. When I asked for her to resend her replies, got nothing! Couldn't even answer/acknowledge THAT e mail. If I could give LES
