I never thought I’d need an attorney, but when I needed one Jack was quick to help. He is really great at getting back to me about any questions or concerns that I have. Both Jack and Claire are wonderful, and I don’t feel like there is anything I can’t go to them about. The custody process has been hard on me, and Jack has always been kind, understanding, and he provides positive reassurance when it’s tough to see. I genuinely could not have gone through this process without Jack’s help.

I have been working with the Sterling firm for around 4-5 months now. I have a particularly interesting case I've been told as there are so many moving part and alot of information to sift through as child support and custody cases quite often have. I'm specifically working with Attorney Jack and his paralegal Claire. The experience I've had with them has been great. Jacks a young, knowledgeable, motivated attorney who does a fantastic job of telling me what to expect and explaining the things I don't quite understand. He won't sugar coat it for me and gives me the good, bad and ugly of what could happen. Transparency is something I much appreciate. His demeanor and way he carried himself in out first hearing put me at ease. I've spoke with his paralegal, Claire, quite a few times and she never makes me feel rushed when trying to explain what I need to relay or answer any questions that I have. One of the best parts is the communication I've 3 or 4 ways to get in touch with my attorney and he always gets back quickly. Sterling from my experience so far has a great group of motivated and knowledgeable attorneys working for them and they work together very well from what I've seen. I'd recommend anyone going through any sort of family law to put your faith in them. I've learned through this process that you can't quite control the outcomes but it helps to have an attorney and a law group that will put the work in and take this as seriously as you are. They seem to understand that quite literally lives can be changed with the outcome of each case and they work hard to tip it in your favor.
I've a long way to go in the case but I beleive I'm in good hands with Sterling.
