The issue of spousal maintenance didn’t come up until the last mediation session. Atty. Rhodeman assumed my ex spouse declined it which he didn’t resulting in an extra session to which we had to pay an extra $1,000 for. We also didn’t understand the implications of a temp order and didn’t receive clarity on the options we had and what the results would be from that decision, which then causes some issues.

Ellen was empathetic, responsive and knowledgeable. She understood the complexities of my case, and handled all aspects with grace.

Ellen Rhodeman is an excellent attorney, easy to work with and talk to, well prepared before the hearings, very respectful and great with numbers. She kept me informed of the process and all that I needed to know. I thank Ellen for all the hard work and dedication in helping finalize my divorce.

I wouldn’t receive communication or transparency throughout the months, only til about a week prior before a hearing she would reach out. For me it was concerning and nerve wracking.
