It would definitely be a 10. Ellen Rhodeman fought hard for me! When we first met I knew right away that I felt safe and heard! I really appreciated all the work that she has done for me with my divorce case. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone that I know that needs a lawyer that will fight hard for them!

Abby was a helpful support to have during the confusing and frustrating months it took from filing to finalizing the divorce. She handled my questions with patience and care and advocated for my best interests throughout the process. The process of separating is timely, stressful, and feels so heavy. Abby, though, helped relieve some of that weight with taking control of paperwork, negotiations, filing, etc.

Ryan Shope did an outstanding job with helping me from start to finish in a child custody case. I feel like I couldn’t have been better represented. Katie was aggressive in protecting my interests, but reasonable in the expectations that she set; balancing my concerns, the law, and her experience from other cases. She easily handled the opposing attorney who seemed full of bluster and bravado. I’m sorry if you need these services, but Katie will minimize your pain.

Nina was amazing and her communication throughout the process was incredible. We talked about MY expectations and goals at the beginning of the process. She was able to accomplish my exact goals and I could not be happier with the outcome. She is tough as nails and does not go easy on the opposition. Thank you for being the fighter I needed.

The mediation process requires a great deal of knowledge for the parties involved. I needed to ask a lot of questions and didn't always know what to ask so didn't feel confident through the process. I would suggest making it standard practice for the mediator to meet individually with both parties to better understand the relationship dynamics rather than letting the strongest voice lead the process.

The consultation meeting was very clear and helpful. My questions were answered & it felt like I was talking & getting clarity with a friend.

Every question was offered a response regardless of the answer being good or bad, and was professional the whole time, because I had a lot of questions

I would give Jack an 8/10. He was very friendly and pleasant to work with. He completed the task which was the number one variable for me.
Areas of improvement:

Reliability and punctuality. He was late a couple of times for our meetings and one time he didn’t show up at all. He responded and apologized the next day that he forgot and was at a party. It’s already quite awkward getting a divorce and as we were waiting there for about a half hour for him to join the call before we gave up, it was even more awkward.

Confusion as to who he was representing. He started out by saying he was representing me. When I sent him an email with a question he replied to the other party as well and changed it to representing both of us and we would both be included in all communication. I would have worded my question differently had I known it wouldn’t be confidential. I didn’t complain or say anything to keep the peace and keep things moving along.

Overall, he got the job done, which is what I came to you guys for. So thank you!
