It took 2 months to get our mediation meeting set up and in that time the two of us had had all the arguments and decisions made so we went in with everything done. Only took 45 minutes to go through everything. Seemed like we did all the work for that part. Other than that I really liked her and have already recommended her to someone else.

Great overall! Just think that there should be some wiggle room on what you charge for Services. My divorce ended up been very simple and amicable so my attorney did not have to do too much besides file paper work and come to the final hearing. So think overall cost was too much and there could have been a rate adjustment. I understand that if it didn't turn out to be amicable the cost would have been a good price.

The initial discussion and evaluation were great. Good direction. A few days before the hearing I felt I had to reach out to ensure there was a plan. Attorney was on PTO and then we missed connecting. I finally received call day of hearing and other attorney was throwing some curveballs. Met 20 minutes prior to hearing. Plan seemed a bit chaotic but due to other attorney asking for something unreasonable we won. I liked the beginning and outcome but wish there was better communication prior to hearing. Thanks.

Attorney Tiffany Biedermann is great. My case was complex. Lots of layers. She did a great job organizing it all. Her communication with the GAL assigned to my case was also great. I am very happy with the outcome and grateful I had her representation.

I have received several emails and texts that do not identify who is sending the correspondence. Most have not mentioned SLO until the body of the letter. I am unlikely to respond when I don’t recognize the name who sent the email.

In line with what I was looking for but felt I had to fight for myself a bit.

I still think hourly rates are better-

There were some problems with my paperwork that was frustrating but overall it had nothing to do with Atty. Gordon and I had a good experience.

Throughout the stage 3 process everything was very passive and the objective appeared to be for me to try to avoid going to trial by compromising. I was convinced to make changes at a meeting a few days before the trial date and these ended up favoring the other side. The judge ruled differently than expected which may or may not have been intentional. I was told that just asking for clarification would cost me an additional 2500. This is after I paid 23K during stage 3 for very little gain. I realize the other side was consistently unreasonable but little attempt was made to ensure that I could benefit at the trial.

Atty. Rhodeman was very helpful, and I felt she went above and beyond to solve my conflict. She was very patient, and very thorough when explaining the entire process and filing motions.

Atty. Diaz has a great personality and is very personable. Everything was great.
