Made appointment for phone consultation. We paid in advance. Date and time was confirmed a day prior by email and by phone. We waited at appointed time…..no call! After a half hour I called….was told Toby would call us shortly……an hour later I called and was told he is busy and we need to reschedule in a week at least. I would highly recommend anyone I care about to consider working with Sterling Law, specifically with Chelsea Gatterman, if you find yourself needing representation in family law. I found myself in an overwhelming situation and was seeking representation as I filed for divorce. I have two very young children and they were my primary concern. I met with several attorneys before making a decision about who to hire and Chelsea was the only one who gave me comfort in her abilities to protect the areas of concern I had in regard with my children. Throughout the entire process, I felt Chelsea made me feel prepared for what was coming and she was able to relax any nerves I had about each step of the way. She made herself available to me at any time throughout the process, was extremely prompt with her replies, offered support to me as a human and mother as well, and in the end helped me reach final orders I was comfortable with. I was able to finalize my divorce within 5.5 months of filing which is reflective of her prompt action all throughout the process. She was collaborative in working with my ex husbands attorney to avoid unnecessary court appearances but never made me feel like I had to compromise in what I deserved. Even following divorce, she has continued to be a resource to me as smaller situations have arose. I am truly forever thankful that I had this experience when working through one of the most challenging personal times.

Truly not sure

I started with Tiffany Biedermann as my attorney. I felt left in the dark on a lot. My soon to be ex wife would always tell me that her attorney was doing all the paperwork while my attorney was not doing much. I was unimpressed with the temporary order that was put in place, but Tiffany kept saying I should sign it. I then requested a new attorney. Tiffany recommended Jeff Morrell to me. I have had him for 3 weeks now. Things have not gotten any better. I have had emails and phone calls not responded to after 2 weeks. I then get a text message saying he never got anything and to resend it which is what I did a couple of days ago. I still haven't received even a confirmation that he received it. Jeff told me he wanted to go over the parenting plan early this week and I received nothing after sending him times that would work for me. Like I told Tiffany, I feel more like a number than someone whoJeff Morrell

I had an excellent experience working with Sterling Law Offices and specifically Toby. He made the potentially stressful and difficult process of creating a Prenuptial Agreement simple, fast and easy. He made sure things were handled promptly, professionally and to the letter and spirit of marital law. He recommend my current wife obtain a lawyer as well, which she did, so her interests would be represented properly and to also make sure both parties were in mutual agreement and understood the terms. Due to my Wife and I's busy work schedule, we were unable to visit the office in person, but they accommodated us and we were able to handle everything remotely! I would highly recommend Sterling Law to anyone considering obtaining a Prenuptial Agreement.

For a divorce mediation i feel i could have done better on my own. Our lawyer was unresponsive to the point of not receiving responses from her for up to a month. When she did respond, she emailed our confidential information to the incorrect email addresses more than once. So some random person/client has that now. She also emailed us documents for other clients she was representing. Pretty sure that is a breach of client-attorney privilege or confidentiality. Lawsuit??? We were charged about $6000+ for a total of 10 hours of working with this person. Truthfully, the lawyer pretty much only filed the court paperwork which i had already filled out on my own. I don't know who these other folks dealt with that they felt this organization is worthy of 5 stars, but it certainly wasn't the lawyer we've been handed. My guess is these reviews were written by employees of Sterling. I will never recommend Sterling Law to anyone.

I am not sure I am getting the best representaion. I have a fairly simple case and have made requests for certain actions that have not happened.

I really like Latrice but feel my emails/concerns are rarely a priority. A number of my emails are never even acknowledged or responded to.
