How they laid out everything in dealing with.. they have one flat rate even tho it higher than I expected but I also understand that attorney aren't cheap..

The bias came out during the end of the sessions rather than being a mediator for both sides.
Alison was so connected to my “situation”. She had such care and delicacy for everything I was going through. Made me feel like I wasn’t alone in a life full of darkness. This may sound morbid but, divorce when it isn’t your choice isn’t fun. She had all my best interests in sight. Even when I was going to buckle for things I shouldn’t. She put everything into perspective with my best interest in mind. She didn’t let me fight the losing emotional battle I was up against. It was like I finally had someone on my side. That being said I will recommend, be an advocate for and support her for any and everything.
It was a pleasure working with you and majority of issues were resolved in a timely manner, which were at no fault of yours. Definitely recommend your services to someone in need.

Overall, the process went well. Fast responses. Due to it being mediation Jack remained neutral at all times. Was fair in his approach. Always kept us informed at every step and ensured that we knew we could seek independent counsel at any time. I would recommend hiring Jack to friends/family if they needed it.
I genuinely appreciated Austin’s support and helping me get my case started. When we were able to connect, I found him to be helpful and informative. My concerns were primarily around delays in communication (including times when I did not hear back for up to a week), feeling confused and unsure due to a lack of information regarding the strategy and plan to keep the case moving, and the stage fees feeling significant given the limited progress during that time. I understand that delays can happen in legal matters and that attorneys are busy, but the passing of time and loss of resources was difficult, especially when the implications meant an impact on my child.
Ellen was absolutely wonderful! From start to finish, she was competent, empathetic, and handled adversity with determination and success!

I would give Jodi Chung a number 10. I was well informed through out my case n felt she was fighting for me the whole time she represented me . She explained everything to me n if I had questions she had promted answered or she got back to me in a timely manner.

Jeff Morrell represented me in my divorce (37 years married) and it could not have gone any better. He negotiated with my ex and the settlement was fair and drama-free. He was prompt in responding to the plethora of questions I had, mostly minutiae on my part, and explained everything clearly, kindly and thoughtfully. My role: fill out the paperwork and show up for the hearing; Jeff and Claire handled everything. The divorce was easy and I recommend Jeff Morrell 100%.
