I don’t know, it was great service all around.

Tiffany did a good job, but there was additional paperwork I had to go to the courthouse pickup and complete. I also think there should be a way to refund some funds for the easy, quick cases. I doubt 4-5 hours was spent on our case for the $3500.

She helped us reach a settlement that seems fair. Sometimes I wish she gave more input but I recognize that her role as a mediator is to stay neutral.
