I was mostly happy with my representation and attention to my case. I was a little disappointed that it wasn’t settled by the first scheduled hearing date, and as a result of the case not being settled by the phase 1 deadline, I felt that it wasn’t very cost effective for me to continue with a flat fee type of contract.
