Crawford is great! He really cares about us as people, and wants to get the best outcome for us, is passionate about what he does, and flexible with us being at a little bit of a distance. I rated at 8 because at times, it seems like the communication between the paralegals and legal assistants seems to have a gap. A few instances where I was asked the same question separately, or thought the information was already shared.
