Austin was my assigned attorney and he did a phenomenal job! He was responsive, detailed, and spent adequate amount of time with me keeping me informed. If I didn’t feel he was meeting my needs all I had to do it talk to him about it and things would change. On several occasions he had to help my now EX-Wife because her attorney was so horrible. Thank you Austin for getting this done!\\r\\n\\r\\nAs a side my biggest disappointment in this process was working through his paralegal Missy. She was rude and was annoyed anytime there was an additional ask or need. I always felt as if I was a bother when having to contact her. Austin’s demeanor and professionalism made up for her inadequacies

I would give Atty Austin Miller a 10 for his service in mediating our divorce. He was very kind, empathetic, understanding and extremely easy to work with. It was very much appreciated!

Assigned attorney largely non-responsive. Doesn’t keep me posted on at least weekly updates or at least let me know his week is booked. Staff don’t respond to emails or calls (likely busy). Assigned attorney caught flat-footed/unprepared trusting other side. Had bank account statements for two months from other side and only shared after repeated requests. Asked three times over a month to get tax info from other side. Didn’t feel attorney stood up for me. Conversely, assigned attorney is excellent at playing the long game, focusing on 100 meter target just doesn’t communicate intent well to assuage concerns. I’m certainly not anywhere near your most important client, I’m very responsive, and not needy just a little forward leaning engagement and communication letting clients know/understand context of today’s actions against the long game instead of just facts. These are the majority of my concerns.

Austin did an amazing job representing my interests and ensuring that key positions and proposals were framed in a fair and easily-understood way. Because of Austin, we were able to reach an equitable and reasonable conclusion that allowed for both parents to have equal time with the children and input into key decisions impacting the children.\\n\\nI would highly recommend Austin to anyone, especially those whose divorce may be more complex than "typical." He is outstanding, both in his approach to the case and to his client.
