Everyone was super kind, attentive, and helpful answering all of my questions. I couldn't have done it without Wes, Austin, and Emily's help. I only wish it was cheaper!

I am overall, satisfied with the level of service I am receiving from my lawyer, Austin Miller and his assistant Olivia Hamilton. There are, however, some reasons for not achieving a 10 rating, mainly due to a lack of communication that I would like to see. There have been a few times where I have been unable to contact my team for over 48 or 72 hours. My emails have gone unresponded to with no indication that it had been received and would be responded to. I have been unable to reach them by phone both by calls and texts and I had to resort to calling the general Sterling number, to which I finally got a response. On the date of my hearings I have been satisfied with Austin's ability to argue and advocate for me to the commissioner, and he has a level of sincerity and compassion for my situation. I appreciated the onboarding process and getting me represented right away when I made the request to file a petition. This is not a final review, and my rating could change by the time my case is fully resolved. Thank you for the opportunity.

10. Austin was very professional and provided excellent service. The whole case was a giant frustration (not of any situation within Austin’s control) to have to deal with but Austin was great and very valuable resource.

I had a 30 minute consult, so it isn't a ton of information/interaction to go on. Seemed great.
