Genelle took the time to answer all my questions, gave me the best and worst outcomes and worked for my children's best interests. She helped put things into perspective and gave tough love when needed. It divorce was one of the most contentious divorces everyone had seen in a long time and took 2 years. My only regret was having a different attorney prior Sterling. If I could go back and do it again, I would have saved a lot of time and money and hired Genelle and her team right out of the gate. Thank you so much again for everything you have done!!!
Like most people when they are looking to hire a service, I started my search for an attorney on Google. That is how I found Sterling Law Offices. I was linked up with Robert Keenan and I am very thankful for that! Robert has a great deal of knowledge and spoke with confidence. He did a great job of explaining my options for my divorce and he did an even better job fighting for my rights in the divorce. I do not think I would have got the fair judgement that I got, with out Robert’s professional help. His fees were very fair for the service that he performed and I would strongly recommend him to anyone put in the difficult situation of a divorce they didn’t want or ask for. Please consider Attorney Robert Keenan as the attorney you would hire for a divorce. You won’t regret it.
The receptionist, Kim is awesome, super helpful and understanding, gave a great first impression to the company. However the lawyer we spoke with we felt was rude and didn't truly listen to what we needed especially when it was a consultation appointment with the lawyer. Along with the pricing being super high. Originally we had been quoted around 2k with a payment plan option after speaking with the lawyer she quoted us 8-10k with 4k being needed upfront before we could even discuss a payment plan.
The lawyers that I have worked with from Sterling are knowledgeable and professional.
Thought attorney could have been and should have been more aggressive. More worried about being payed then doing something. Said he could do somethings in our consultation. And didn't deliver any of them. And the billing was not as discussed. Wow now that I think of it a three was a very good score. I was warned about my lawyer and called you to switch to a different one but that didn't happen. I'm very disappointed.

Also, difficult with covid-19 going on, but did a good job answering questions for me that I had along with walking me through the process. I needed questions answered about maintenance after the divorce,my lawyer refered me to the court who told me it was my lawyers responsibility, still am not receiving regular maintenance.

Some information provided was a little vague, forms are hard to understand when doing this yourself, would be nice to have the option to add on paperwork preparation as part of the DIY package
Overall I will give Jeff a 7 he did a great job of getting a fair settlement. A 10 would be awarded to Jeff had customer service been better. The agency receives a 3 mainly because customer service was not what it can be. There are specific situations Gennel, Jeff and I had discussed via a tel com conference. A virtual law firm is a great idea, but don't forget the human side and the age difference. A old saying adapt to the client and many will come. Thanks
