I was very thankful to have her there with me for my initial court hearing. Nothing has finished yet, which is not her fault AT ALL. I paid $5000 for virtually nothing so that's a bummer, and sometimes I wish communication was better. 7 overall for the communication, price, and I didn't have her long enough to see what she was really capable of.
I would give it a ten and would recommend her to others. She was attentive to the specifics of my case which was unique. She has a strong strategy for court and executed it.

I had a really tough start to my time working with Sterling. The first lawyer they set me up with was not responsive to my questions and was unprofessional. I also wish that they would have done a better job explaining their fee system before I committed to working with them. My case was pretty simple and I could have saved a lot of money hiring a different lawyer with a more traditional fee system. I’m thankful Jeff Morrell stepped up and took over my case. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him.
