I was under the impression that things were already done. But it seems to be half-assed. Like, I informed the assistant that I had made errors in the paperwork and the assistant told me not to worry since they'd do it themselves. But it turns out that what was submitted to the family court was the paperwork that had errors.

I would like more communication as to where my case stands, what are next steps, etc. I feel a bit in the dark in terms of the process.

Kathy was professional and explained options well. Had a sense that she would proceed in exactly the spirit of co-operation and amity that I hope to maintain with my wife through this process.

The initial 1 hour was more so her getting the basics of my situation. It didn't feel like I had the floor. Wasted half my time listening to her and not answering my questions. I still had more questions.

I think she could have been more helpful with the time being just an hour. Time could have been utilized better.

I have 2 reasons. 1: When going through mediation Amanda stated she was just going to let me have the house. Her and I had a discussion about this and this was the plan. However they were pushing her into requesting compensation. This was mediation not trying to pin one person against the other. 2: I had recommended your organization to another person, and they appear to keep having issue after issue and feel as though their concerns are not being heard as to them it appears that nothing is being done about their concerns. Your model is sound, however I feel their could be better training to under stand the clients wishes/concerns.

I don't know if there was more that could have been done but I feel like there wasn't much progress made through the duration of my contract. It seemed the appposing attorney was playing by a different set of rules which hindered everything, and I feel like more should have been done to get to a finalization prior to my contract expiring. I don't feel like much was done for $6100, at least nothing I couldn't have done myself…per the feedback I've gotten from a lot of people who have been in my situation.

I did not win my case. But he's very knowledgeable, and efficient.
