10! She was excellent. Mediation with Ellen went very smooth. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. Even the judge during the final hearing commented how organized and good our lawyer is. With her hard work it made everything flow seamlessly.
Attorney Gordon was exceptional and so kind during my divorce process. I can't say enough good things about her.

I was very impressed by Bailey Holt’s professionalism, organization and ability to give me a concise summary of everything I needed to consider along the way. My experience with the courts and attorneys prior has continually been one where I feel pressured to make decisions before I am ready to and where I feel belittled for not understanding the legal system. Bailey gave me the support that I was looking for and the information that filled in the blanks so I felt empowered to make my own decisions. Even when I had human moments where I responded in a less-than-mature way, she remained professional and understanding. It seems like something minuscule but the consistent trust she put in my competence made the entire process much more bearable. I could not recommend her enough to anyone who is needing help navigating a divorce or custody issue. There’s always going to be some compromise along the way, but Bailey made sure that I never had to compromise on something that was really important to me.i

When going through less than an ideal situation, you don’t know what to do or where to begin. Attorney Jeff Morrell, from day one, intently listened to what was most important to me. Went over beyond, exhausting all options to assure we got the best outcome. He’s responsive, honest, and transparent. I appreciate Jeff, Claire, and Stacy more than anything … they don’t treat you like another client, another case…they genuinely care about YOU!
Abby was a helpful support to have during the confusing and frustrating months it took from filing to finalizing the divorce. She handled my questions with patience and care and advocated for my best interests throughout the process. The process of separating is timely, stressful, and feels so heavy. Abby, though, helped relieve some of that weight with taking control of paperwork, negotiations, filing, etc.

Looked out for my best interest during the process
The mediation process requires a great deal of knowledge for the parties involved. I needed to ask a lot of questions and didn't always know what to ask so didn't feel confident through the process. I would suggest making it standard practice for the mediator to meet individually with both parties to better understand the relationship dynamics rather than letting the strongest voice lead the process.
I would give Jack an 8/10. He was very friendly and pleasant to work with. He completed the task which was the number one variable for me.
Areas of improvement:
Reliability and punctuality. He was late a couple of times for our meetings and one time he didn’t show up at all. He responded and apologized the next day that he forgot and was at a party. It’s already quite awkward getting a divorce and as we were waiting there for about a half hour for him to join the call before we gave up, it was even more awkward.
Confusion as to who he was representing. He started out by saying he was representing me. When I sent him an email with a question he replied to the other party as well and changed it to representing both of us and we would both be included in all communication. I would have worded my question differently had I known it wouldn’t be confidential. I didn’t complain or say anything to keep the peace and keep things moving along.
Overall, he got the job done, which is what I came to you guys for. So thank you!
