Jeff M was able to help out my case in a matter that was quick and clear. The information that he delivered was free of all legal mumbo-jumbo and presented in a manner that was understandable. His personality made working with him enjoyable and again he used our time wisely and closed my case in a timely fashion. He was also available to get ahold of in all ways of communication. Genelle took the time to answer all my questions, gave me the best and worst outcomes and worked for my children's best interests. She helped put things into perspective and gave tough love when needed. It divorce was one of the most contentious divorces everyone had seen in a long time and took 2 years. My only regret was having a different attorney prior Sterling. If I could go back and do it again, I would have saved a lot of time and money and hired Genelle and her team right out of the gate. Overall I will give Jeff a 7 he did a great job of getting a fair settlement. A 10 would be awarded to Jeff had customer service been better. The agency receives a 3 mainly because customer service was not what it can be. There are specific situations Gennel, Jeff and I had discussed via a tel com conference. A virtual law firm is a great idea, but don't forget the human side and the age difference. A old saying adapt to the client and many will come. Thanks
