Question Details:

I slipped and fell in a store near Miller Park three months ago on a wet floor and there was no sign present. I felt fine for the first two months, but the small back pain I had now is much worse and moving to my neck and hips. I am concerned it is too late for me to file a personal injury claim. Can you help me?

Personal Injury Lawyer Response:

Yes, we can help with your slip and fall injury.

No it is not too late to file a claim. However, there is a statute of limitations and time is of the essence for two reasons. First, the longer you wait the more specifics you will forget about your case. Secondly if the statue of limitations runs out you will lose your right to file a claim for damages.

You should contact an experienced personal injury attorney as soon as possible. They will help you conduct an appropriate investigation. The attorney will help collect video surveillance and contact witnesses for testimony.
