I haven't had a very favorable experience with Sterling. There were scheduling conflicts with our first meeting, when no attorney showed up and we were not contacted. I sat in the Waukesha office for over an hour with no one letting me now what's going on

Divorce is a difficult time as it is and then you start talking attorney fees and property division and husband knowledge/concerns and it gets even more over-whelming. She just reminded me to breathe and that they have this, she is with me every step of the way and if for some reason she would need to be away, there is always someone within Sterling to back her up…

This was a nice sentiment in February when I first started with the firm. I have since then done three more reviews that don't seem to appear anywhere. There was no back up from Sterling and I am praying that justice will prevail in the end. Ms. Navarrette regarding my case was more interested in obtaining the most fees than the best settlement for me. She had communications with the opposing counsel that was kept from me, she would not communicate updates on my case, what should have been done by June 1, 2018 wasn't even started with regard to discussion of a settlement offer. Document requests went on for months instead of using the discovery process. When I finally requested copies of all the communications between her and the opposing counsel I was let go and now I'm working to find justice.

Latrice is a great lawyer to have in your corner. She gives direct answers to questions without any nonsense. She was great at returning my calls. Latrice provided me the advice needed during a difficult time.

They are a huge firm. I'm sure there is value and experience in the firm in some capacity, but when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the consultation, Kelley Shaw responded back to me saying she looked at the notes and she thinks that the attorney did what she was supposed to do. She told me that Law has a lot of gray areas, and she would not refund $150.

He always responded quickly, walked me through things I wasn't sure about, and listened to my concerns. Thank you for make this transition in my life a little less stressful.

Jeff, I'm sorry I didn't reply sooner. I'm sorry to share with you this information, but I would not recommend Sterling, particularly Trisha Festerling, based on my experience. I felt as if she provided very little help in our unfortunate situation. She was not responsive to me when needed, did not reply to email or effectively gather information necessary to help resolve our issues. I feel as if it was a total waste of time and money. Unfortunately, we were not put first. Thank you for your interest and concern. That is good service, and I appreciate it.

Katie was very professional and looked out for my best interest. She would always make me aware of what could happen in certain situations and always listened to what I wanted and what I had to say.
