The sales group selling the divorce plan of an inclusive fee for about $9,000. Then getting all the extra and stage 2 $10,000 pressure sales, when most of our divorce was mostly complete including property division, no at home kids, etc. It was mainly to get across the finish line. Once agin this was my perception and thought we could do this as an affidavit divorce that couldn’t play out.

I first met with her when I was preparing to file for joint custody, and she helped me understand the process and prepare the initial paperwork. When a later dispute arose involving my son’s school placement, I returned to her because she was already familiar with the history of my case. She was able to quickly understand the new issues, give me honest and practical advice, and develop a clear strategy for working with the Guardian ad Litem and preparing for trial. She was responsive, organized, and thorough, and I always felt that she understood both the legal issues and what I was trying to accomplish for my son. The Guardian ad Litem ultimately agreed with the position presented in my motion, and the court adopted that recommendation. Attorney Rhodeman’s preparation, communication, and knowledge of family law helped bring the matter to a successful resolution.
