Sterling Hughes offers not just our extensive knowledge of the system in Carpentersville, but also the benefits that come with years of hard work. We have built up an impressive network of social workers, accountants, court guardians, and many other court officials. This network is open to you to use as we guide you through your case. We also have a deep knowledge of many of the judges in the court system, so we know their leanings and can work with them accordingly.
Additionally, we emphasize communication between attorney and client. It is important to us that you know exactly what is going on with your case and that we have all the details correct. We stress listening to the client first and foremost as well as maintaining an active relationship with our clients as the case evolves.
Sterling Hughes does not charge for hours because we realize that this practice is costly and forces many clients to settle for fear of rising attorney costs. Instead, we charge a set fee for the result you want in a case. This fee stays the same no matter how long your case is with our firm; we work to get results, not to overcharge our clients.
