Great team but updates and communication needs to be taken into consideration especially with the assistant that sends updates on behave of the team. Response time can be improved as well. It’s important for a client to know what’s happening in their case to feel at ease and prepared therefore this is very important.
I felt everything was explained well, all my questions were answered. I did not feel rushed. I felt compassion for my situation.

Mike was a good listener, answered my questions and took his time to make sure he understood the set of circumstances, heard preferences and provided his professional perspective and explained the billing process.
I felt like my lawyer had my best interest in mind from the very beginning.
She was very good at helping me understand my options and the best way to accomplish what I want. She didn’t lead with costs as most attorneys I’ve talked to have, and I appreciate that. She was focused on assisting me in the most efficient way.

10/10 I would recommend Atty. Ryan Shope. She was professional, confident, easy to communicate with, and never made me feel uncomfortable, wrong, or anything like that. She answered my questions in such a way that I could easily understand and feel confident about.
I’ll give her a 10 out of 10. I think I was a somewhat difficult client (high maintenance). She was very patient, polite, and respectful.
