I was unimpressed entirely with my experience there. The information I received was inaccurate. I was also told I could receive advice based on a certain level of payment and not ONE of my questions was answered based on a $1400 payment I made. They just claimed that every question I asked was too in depth to advise without a larger agreement in place. I will never ever suggest them to anyone. They also refused to provide me a full refund upon termination regardless of the fact that I had never had a meeting or set foot in the office after the time I paid that amount. No thank you!

I did have a good experience at all I feel as if my Attorney at the time did not fight for and consistently lied to me about details concerning my case. At my last hearing she told she talked to the child support attorney one day and she called him back concerning details I revealed concerning my case which wasn’t true. She then told me that she couldn’t make my final hearing but instead sent an associate which was not true because I was at the hearing so overall the efforts were lackluster and I ended up paying more and getting ran over at court; while I understand that no outcome is absolute I did not feel the fight I heard her words which was not followed by actions.

My ex and I were totally underwhelmed with our experience with your firm. The mediator we worked with, Derek Allen, didn't really do much besides generating a few documents which we could have done ourselves.

Helpful that I could do a coaching session, and others ask for a retainer and that would not have been beneficial for me. _x000D_

I feel like Sterling was more flexible and that was positive verses other people. People have more options.

Nikole was so amazing! She was there for me every step of the way. She always made me feel like I was important and treated like an old time friend. She was quick to answer any questions I had. Due to her pregnancy, I then was assigned to Derek. Again he made me feel very comfortable and like I was his only client. I also had some interaction with Jeff and again, very fast in response and made me feel like I was important. All of them made this difficult situation so much easier! I can't say enough about how they treated me and how very satisfied I am with this law firm. I came to them as a stranger but left feeling like we were friends! Looking for excellent lawyers?
