I think explaining the process of how a settlement can come together would help. I was under the impression that after the Financial worksheets were sent in, that the two attorneys would actually work together. Since nothing really happened for several months my ex and I decided to come up with our own division of assets and turn it into the attorneys so we could accomplish a simple divorce in 8 months.

Our Attorney Dan Exner, did an excellent job on our case. He was great getting back to us with information on a timely basis and was extremely personable and helpful. Very bright young man. Highly recommend him!
